Our Company was originally incorporated on December 19, 1996, as “Raghuvansh Agrofarms Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, U.P., Kanpur and obtained the certificate for commencement of business on January 02, 1997. Subsequently, the registered office of our Company was shifted from State of Uttar Pradesh to NCT of Delhi and a certificate of registration of the order of the Regional Director, Northern Region, dated August 13, 2013, confirming transfer of the registered office from one state to another was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana on September 26, 2013.
